Highlights
- Squared stator roller gear set, compensated valve disc featuring separate drive shaft and the tapered roller bearings make the HR series motors suited for application where high power is required
• Low-speed hydraulic motor with rollers in the gear ring (Geroller rotor set) and separate pressure compensated valve plate distributor
• For open and closed circuit, suitable for continuous operation under harsh conditions such as high pressure, reversing movements and high frequency of acceleration and braking thanks to reduced friction by hydrodynamic lubrication. Due to this lubrication of the rollers in the toothed ring, durability and better efficiency, even at high continuous pressure is possible
• The separately driven (propeller shaft from the gear through) disc with hydraulic valve clearance compensation and optimized geometry ensures to minimize the hydraulic and mechanical losses
• Distribution valve plate (driven separately) with optimized geometry to minimize the hydraulic and mechanical losses
• The high-performance tapered roller bearing provides high static and dynamic radial loads up to 40 KN on output shaft
• Standard high pressure shaft seal housing allows pressures up to 160 bar
• Integrated non-return valves (standard) to reduce the maximum case pressure with closed drain port
• External drain connection for pressure relief of the housing
• Very compact size and high power density
• Very good starting performance and smooth running at low speed
Variants
• HRS – Standard
• HRW – version with the recessed mounting flange for wheel hub / winch drum assembly (radial stress point between the two tapered roller bearings)
• HRC – short bearingless configuration (without bearing housing, bearings and output shaft)
• HRF – Version with front brake –negative effect (Opening pressure 25 ÷ 30 bar, max pressure 210 bar, brake torque, static 210 ÷ 560 Nm)
• HRL – version with the recessed mounting flange and front brake maintenance
• HRM – ultra short bearingless construction for installation into gear

• Version with reduced leakage for high pressure applications
